Latest on Tonya Maxwell

Tonya is doing fine, she even has a little hair coming back. She continues with her clinical trial in an attempt to keep her in remission. Tonya gets a low dose chemo every month for one year, she has seven more to go. The doctors are pleased with her progress. All of her blood markers are in the normal range. Tonya handles the chemo quite well, only knocks her down for a day or two and then she's up and running again.

Finally a little non-disease related news. Tonya and I got engaged on June 12th. We are both very happy in this development. No date yet, haven't really thought much about the ceremony. Will keep you informed as things develop on this front.

Blessings and best wishes to you all!

Update on Fred Anders

Hi Everyone,
Hope that this post finds you doing well. I am sorry that I have lagged on getting this posting go for our Caring Friends Group. I will try to do a better job in the future.
I talked to Fred Anders today. Fred is continuing his fight with cancer. He has been told that he has another spot of cancer on his back, and the tumor in his eye is still there. He will start chemothearapy in the next week or two according to his Oncologist. He will take a treatment every three weeks, for a total of six treatments. Please keep Fred and Sylvia in your prayers as he continues to win this fight.
